Once we have the design, building and implementation is the key. We keep you informed of expected project time, costs and what upgrades you may need. Depending on the size and scope of the project, regular updates on the implementation are provided to keep it on track.
Step 3 - Training & Handover
After we build and implement any new IT infrastructure, we sit down to walk you through any new updates and processes.
We make sure you are comfortable and confident in using your new IT solutions.
Step 4 - Ongoing Support
Our Support desk is always available for our clients, answering any questions and fixing any problems that might crop up. We engage with your staff and any tech issues that may arise.
