As an owner of a Software Company, these guys are awesome. Software is like the fuel and engine oil of a car, the car itself is basically the IT! It doesn't matter how good your software is if the computer you're trying to use doesn't turn on or you can't connect to the internet! Intelligen have done it all: fixed our attrocious internet, helped us increase the speed of it once it was installed, come out to install new routers when the old ones broke, provided new anti virus stuff to protect our data and are always happy to jump on the phone quickly to answer a question. I’ve had many computer problems over the years, and whenever I couldn’t fix it, I would Google and engage a likely technician. It would always be someone different, because I was never entirely pleased with the previous technician for one reason or another. More recently, I have had major computer, and network issues, and it was at the time of the first of these that I contacted Sapient Technology Solutions who had been highly recommended to me by several associates. I spoke with Shamus, who listned patiently to my problem. He then remotely installed minor applications on my computer, took control of it, and within a few minutes had me back up and running. When I had network issues some months later, one simple phone call, and Shamus had me up and running again in a short while. I have been so pleased with Intelligen Technology Solutions, that I have even purchased a new computer system from them.
